Wisdom Tooth Removal
Often, patients do not have enough room in their jaws to accommodate wisdom teeth, which can result in discomfort, misalignment, and damage to adjacent teeth. Since wisdom teeth are not functionally necessary, we can perform surgery to safely extract them before they cause damage, or provide removal of problematic wisdom teeth.
Wisdom Tooth Extraction Recovery
During recovery from surgery, patients should follow at-home instructions to promote proper healing. It is important to thoroughly rest and avoid disturbing the surgical site by maintaining a soft foods diet. Discomfort and swelling can be managed with over-the-counter pain medication.

Sinus Lift
For patients who are ineligible for dental implants due to the proximity of the sinus membranes to the treatment site, we can restore your candidacy with a maxillofacial procedure called a sinus lift. During this procedure, we can lift your sinus membrane, creating space for a bone graft between the sinuses and jaw.
Ridge Augmentation
Ridge augmentation is a bone grafting technique used to restore bone tissue along the alveolar ridge. After tooth loss or extraction, the jawbone can begin to deteriorate. This maxillofacial procedure enables us to increase the height and width of the alveolar ridge so it can support a dental implant.
Piezosurgery
Using advanced Piezosurgery® technology, we can precisely refine the jawbone without damaging surrounding soft tissue. With this system, we can perform ridge augmentation and other bone modification procedures using ultrasonic waves. Single Tooth Extraction
Tooth extraction may be recommended in cases of trauma, extensive decay, periodontal disease, infection, or overcrowding. To ensure your comfort, we offer sedation options during surgery. We can also perform a tissue augmentation or a dental implant placement at the time of your procedure.
Soft Tissue Grafting
We perform soft tissue grafting for patients who wish to improve the appearance of their smile. In addition, this surgical treatment helps to protect the tooth roots after extensive gum recession. During surgery, we can harvest soft tissue from the surrounding area and implant it near affected teeth.

Bone Graft
Bone loss can occur as a result of leaving missing teeth untreated, advanced gum disease, or facial trauma. Although patients with bone deterioration were previously considered ineligible for dental implants, a bone graft by our surgeons can restore your candidacy and add youthful volume to your facial structure.
